How To Make Chinese Garlic Sauce

You can put your Chinese garlic sauce on top of many vegetables like pak choi, Chinese cabbage or broccoli. These stemed vegetables with sauce can be served as a vegetarian main dish, or as a side.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 Shots of Rice Wine
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 Garlic Cloves
Step 1: Heat Wok
Place the cooking oil in a wok and bring to a high heat.
Step 2: Add Ingredients
Finely chop two cloves of garlic and add. Pour in a glug of rice wine. Stir, then add the oyster sauce. Top up with some water and bring to the boil
Step 3: Thicken
Mix equal parts corn flour and water and stir it into the sauce to thicken it.
