How To Make Lemon Pasta
Italian Chef Giancarlo Caldesi shows how to make a delightful lemon, basil and cream pasta. This authentic dish is packed with fresh, zesty flavors and a rich, creamy texture.
- 80 g spaghetti (per person)
- 400 g cream
- 1 1/2 lemons
Step 1: Make the Sauce
Add the 400g cream to a frying pan. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper and the lemon juice. Heat on a moderate heat.
Step 2: Add the Spaghetti
Cook some spaghetti, take out of the pot while still al dente and add to the sauce. Add some chopped basil and cook until the spaghetti has the right texture and the sauce is thick and creamy. Finish with a squeeze of lemon rind.
