How To Make Tandoori Murghi

Tandoori chicken is an Indian delicacy that everyone would love to eat. Try and have a go at making your own. Here is a simple way to make it in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Ingredients
- baby poussin
- 4 tsp tandoori masala
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp ground kashmiri chilli
- 3 tsp low fat greek yogurt
- paprika
- juice 1/2 lemon
Step 1: Marinating the chicken
Marinate the chicken with 4 tsp of tandoor masala, 2 tsp of grated ginger, 2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tsp of ground kashmiri chilli, 3 tsp of low fat greek yogurt, pinch of paprika and juice of 1/2 lemon. Marinate overnight. Put holes into the chicken with a knife, wrap in clingfilm/foil and store in fridge overnight.
Step 2: Cooking the chicken
Put chicken on baking tray under the grill for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 3: Taking out the chicken
Take the chicken out of the grill and spread the juice over the chicken. Serve.
